Pet Fest
Pet Fest is an animal trade show and pet adoption event that emphasizes responsible pet ownership and the adoption of homeless pets. Pet Fest has matched over 200 animals in need of a home, and raised over $10,000 for the Spokane Humane Society. Your pet could also compete in contests such as wiener dog races, Skyhoundz Canine Disc Championships and Pet Fest Royalty Competition in obedience, talent and costume. This event is not only great for pet owners, but a fun-filled family event too!
Valleyfest
This event has been bringing people from the community together since 1990, and is held every September. The day starts with a Fun Run, followed by a pancake breakfast. Valleyfest also includes a parade, and other activities designed for and by children. There's space available at Valleyfest for non-profit organizations located in Spokane Valley, so that they can promote their organization. Businesses serving Spokane Valley also promote their services.
Spokane is full of sporting events, including boxing, cross country skiiing, basketball, baseball, gymnastics and more!
